The dream of a self-sufficient life concerns many people more than ever. The Solar Synthesizer 0.4 was the first attempt to generate sounds using the energy of the sun. Humans stand in the area of tension between nature and technology, and therefore set the tone in the true sense of the word; Electronic music is becoming energy self-sufficient for the first time. When fully illuminated by the sun or another light source, a harmonious soundscape opens up. This changes as soon as a person stands between the sun and the photovoltaic cells. Instead of pressing buttons, the hand moves toward or away from the panel.
